Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Some orders may take longer—we will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 19-30 days depending on your location and customs (for international orders). This includes standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

- Domestic (US): Usually within 19-30 days.
- International: 19-30 days (duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the customer's responsibility and may cause additional delays).

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow the full 19-30 days before contacting us about delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Order Changes/Cancellations
We can modify or cancel orders only if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at berffinteam@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery window (19-30 days) for issues. We will work with the carrier to resolve.
