Return & Refund Policy

At Berffin, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our moissanite watches, we have a strict 14-day return window to prevent abuse.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- No signs of wear, scratches, fingerprints, or removal of any security/protective stickers.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Process:
1. Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA). Include your order number and reason.
2. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method with insurance (we recommend the original packaging).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any restocking fees (up to 20%) if applicable.

Exclusions (no returns or refunds):
- Worn, used, altered, or damaged items.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items returned after 14 days.
- Final sale or clearance items.

Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for unworn items only.
